Our Story
Del Sol Food Company started in Austin, Texas making salad dressing and hot sauce.
1982
1984
Operations moved from Austin, TX to Chappell Hill, TX.
We renamed our salad dressing brand to BRIANNAS Fine Salad Dressings, a combination of two family names, keeping Del Sol Food Company as an industry facing name only.
1992
2006
Del Sol Food Company built a 55,000 sqft product facility in Brenham, TX to manufacture BRIANNAS Fine Salad Dressings.
2017
Sabormex, a leading manufacturer in Mexico, acquired Del Sol Food. BRIANNAS became a part of their rich portfolio.
2019
We acquired a new 50,000 sqft. global distribution center in Brenham, TX to use for BRIANNAS’ finished goods.
2022
With the guidance of Sabormex, Café Mexicano, 100% Mexico origin arabica coffee, was launched. We acquired John Wm. Macy’s Bakery, a premium line of sourdough and cheese crisps, sticks, and crostinis.
BRIANNAS celebrated 40 years of being a top-selling premium salad dressing company!

In our Building B, we started construction on a new bakery to support our brands.
