Since 1976, we’ve been all about one thing: the perfect crunch. Founded by John Wm. Macy in a small California kitchen, we turned what started as cheesy, sourdough-inspired snacks at county fairs into a full-fledged family business. Our promise has always been to bring together good people, great times and that unmistakable crunch.
In 2023, Del Sol Food acquired John Macy’s Bakery and continues to do what we do best: craft bold, flavorful snacks in the name of good food, good people, and good times. From our original CheeseSticks to newer creations like Grilled Crostini Toasts, we’ve stayed true to our roots while evolving with the times.
