The Assistant Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for leading and executing sanitation operations to ensure facility cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations. This role serves as the primary on-shift sanitation lead, providing hands-on supervision, training, and direction to sanitation personnel while supporting sanitation programs established by Quality and Operations leadership. This is a highly hands-on role requiring strong floor presence during sanitation activities. Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce. The ideal candidate has prior sanitation or QA experience and is comfortable leading teams while remaining actively involved in cleaning and sanitation tasks.
